Our Japanese Yamaha and Kawai Pianos are sourced both locally (when people trade them in for an upgrade), as well as fully imported refurbished Japanese pianos which we travel to Japan twice a year to hand select. No other piano business in Australia spends the time or money to do this, and that is why our Yamaha and Kawai pianos are the very best you will find.

~ Fully Refurbished Yamaha U3H(PE) Piano ~
This piano was purchased from us 4 years ago by a customer of ours in Launceston, we have tuned the piano for them annually during that time. That customer recently came back to us and traded the piano back in as part of an upgrade to a Yamaha C3 Grand Piano.
Manufactured in the highly sought after ‘Golden Era’ for Yamaha, this piano was built in the original Yamaha Piano Factory in Hamamatsu, Japan. Following this period, Indonesia and China emerged as the next piano manufacturing economies causing Yamaha to switch to cheaper manufacturing processes at a new factory in Indonesia from the early 1990s and right up to today.
The U3H(PE) is widely considered to be one of the highest quality upright pianos ever manufactured by Yamaha. This model was designed to mimic a baby grand piano in an upright form. This model is comparable to a brand new YUS3 which now retails for in excess of $18,000 AUD making this particular piano an excellent option for the new piano buyer.
