Since receiving the piano, we have conducted a full service, clean out and adjustment, detailed the cabinet and levelled and adjusted the keyboard.  It is available for viewing at our piano workshop in Norwood and is ready for immediate delivery. The piano is a fully Japanese-made Yamaha 1978 model ‘Danish Designer’ upright piano. This model was designed for the European market and is rarely seen in Australia. Original Japanese-made Yamaha pianos are commonly regarded as extremely stable and reliable, and are highly sought after in the musical world.  Yamaha subsequently moved their manufacturing processes to Indonesia in the late 1990s, where models are still made today.
