We are currently nearing the completion of this beautiful 1926 ‘K’ model Vertigrand Steinway & Sons Upright piano, as shown in the photos. Steinway & Sons pianos are the finest and most sought after pianos ever manufactured. Manufactured in Hamburg Germany, this piano was hand made by German craftsman over a period of 6 months. The cabinet was hand crafted from Brazilian Mahogany, a wood so rare it is no longer able to be milled or exported. The cabinet of this piano has been completely stripped back to bare wood and fully hand polished, this involved more than 120hrs labour alone in our piano Restoration workshop.   The keyboard is manufactured from extremely high grade ebony and ivory which have been fully restored by us.
